Athletes Rising Fall Volleyball is a program for new or beginning volleyball players grades 7th through 10th graders. This 8 week program will allow girls to practice and play on the same day.

 

The league will allow players to practice many repetitions for all position. Our philosophy is  teach, repeat,  play and have fun.

This program is great for girls who:

​

--Want to get better and learn at fun pace

​

--Failed to make their high school team

​

--Do not have a volleyball program in middle school

​

--New player to the game of volleyball

​

--Do not want to pay for expensive club teams

​

--Only have limited time to practice

​

--Want to prepare for high school

​

The first two weeks of the program players will practice only and scrimmage within their own team.  This will also give the coaches a baseline on where each player is.

 

The last 6 weeks will practice- play format.  They will practice skills and go through skill and drill for 45 minutes and thereafter they will play up to 5 sets of 25 points each.

When: Saturdays Mornings  9:00am-11:00am
